Our Story
AllClear was founded by Carter Hill and Joe Drsek — two close friends who decided they would rather build something of their own than follow the traditional path. The company officially launched on February 13 with one goal: provide exceptional cleaning services while building a company people genuinely enjoy doing business with.
We're young as a business, and we're upfront about that. What we bring is around two years of hands-on experience in the industry, professional-grade equipment, and a level of care most companies stop offering once they get big. Every project gets approached as if it were our own property, with real attention to the small details that separate a rushed job from a finished one.
Based in Alliance, Ohio, we serve homeowners, businesses and property managers across Stark County and Northeast Ohio. Pressure washing and window washing are our most requested services, and we've built the rest of our lineup — gutter cleaning, interior cleaning and junk removal — around the same standard.

Meet the Owners
Co-Founder
Carter handles estimates, scheduling and most of the customer conversations at AllClear. He built the company around a simple promise: tell people the truth about what their property needs, quote it honestly, and then do the work like it's his own house. If you call the number on this site, there's a good chance he's the one who answers.
Co-Founder
Joe Drsek leads the crew in the field and owns the standard on every job site. He's the reason equipment is dialed in for each surface, landscaping gets protected before the first trigger pull, and nothing gets called finished until it passes his walk-through. Detail work is his favorite part of the job.
