Agreement
By using this website or booking services with AllClear, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are free and based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing may change if conditions on site differ materially from what was described — we will always tell you before doing additional work.
Scheduling, Weather and Cancellations
Exterior work depends on weather and daylight. We may reschedule for rain, high wind, freezing temperatures or unsafe conditions and will contact you promptly. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including water and power where needed, and to move vehicles, furniture and fragile items out of the way. Please tell us in advance about damaged siding, failing seals, loose trim, faulty windows or other pre-existing conditions.
Our Work and Guarantee
We use professional-grade equipment and appropriate methods for each surface, and we stand behind our work. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of service and we'll return to make it right.
Limitations of Liability
AllClear is insured and takes care on every job, but we are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing defects, deteriorated surfaces, improper prior installation, or conditions disclosed to us before service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring or commercial accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms. Late balances may incur reasonable fees.
Junk Removal Items
We cannot accept hazardous materials, chemicals, asbestos, or other items prohibited by law or by local disposal facilities. Items removed become the property of AllClear for recycling, donation or proper disposal.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
